The three-unit building complex was commissioned by a company trading in technological machinery and chemicals for manual car washes, while also providing nationwide installation and service for such enterprises. The complex includes a 2-station car wash that is accessible from the public road, a three-storey office building behind the car wash, designed for 30 employees and also serving as a showroom, and a storage hall with a floor area of approximately 800 m2 further inside the plot. As a significant part of the low-lying plot is covered by the building and the access roads, the management of rainwater was challenging. Green space development was an important part of the project, because the block of plots located in the urban area of Érd, next to the old main road 7, included construction zones for both economic and residential use. In possession of the building permit obtained in October 2022, we hope to start developing the property as soon as the current dire economic situation eases again.
