We designed this sprawling residential house for a family with three young children in the Kamaraerdő area of Budaörs, where the built-up density has long been unchanged and is characterized by a high proportion of green space. The three-story building incorporates a fairly rational floor plan and a desirable plot. Through the utilization of an already existing building, it was possible to preserve the position outside of the construction place; in other words, the building was developed adjacent to the boundary line of the plot accessible from a private road. This made creating a yard covering a contiguous area of 500 square meters on a plot of just 800 square meters possible. The building was finally completed in the spring of 2024, following approximately 2 years of construction, during which several problems were overcome as a result of hard work.
