Our task was completely redesigning and rebuilding a 1000-sq-m villa initially built in the 1960s. In addition, several other structures had to be established, such as a garage, a gardener’s suite, a swimming pool, a summer kitchen, and a bar. Planning was done in situ alongside architect János Koncz so that the construction team could immediately implement whatever was coming out of our printers. Living through each moment of a construction project is a profound experience in every aspect. We created two exquisite, multiple-bedroom units in the villa, each with its separate home theater. In living rooms and other, more essential premises, keen attention to detail was paid to the finish of furniture, veneers, and surfaces.
